The first of the two new investments is a combination property in Valdosta, Georgia acquired in May of 2022. The 56 unit apartment complex also boasts 52 storage units that are currently untapped earning potential. The investment team has already begun plans to service the apartment complex’s tennant needs in the way of repairing and replacing current roofing, repairing and upgrading landscaping and adding upgrades to features within individual units. 

The second of the investments is located in Eustis, Florida, acquired in July of 2022. Eustis is quickly transforming from a rural, small town to a suburb of the Orlando area. The charm, traffic flow and picturesque views of Lake Eustis have not changed, though, making this new five-story, downtown, luxury apartment complex a valuable investment. Located in downtown Eustis, just a walk or short drive away from parks, local eateries, two hospitals and minutes from Orlando and surrounding areas, the now-leasing apartments are a welcome addition to historic Eustis.
